With over 12 years of experience in multifamily and commercial real estate, she has contributed to the development and launch of Class A properties across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Silvia provides high-level strategic oversight and advisory input to support operational excellence and long-term asset performance.
Brian Gomez
Brian Gomez is Vice President and Managing Partner at Casa-Key Property Solutions, where he leads all operational aspects of the firm for both long-term and short-term rentals with precision and strategic vision. With over five years of experience in multifamily property management across Washington, D.C., and Maryland, Brian has overseen properties as large as 600 units and has worked with some of the top management companies in the industry.
